Most owners start with scheduled home watch visits and add property care, arrival and departure checks, or vendor coordination as the house needs them. Every service is built around a checklist for your specific home, and every visit ends with a photo-documented report.

What House Hawk does not provide.
Home Watch is a visual property observation and reporting service. It is not a substitute for licensed security, contracting, inspection, or emergency services.
