Courtyard entry of a Spanish-style North County home at dusk, lit and quiet

Home watch and estate care · Rancho Santa Fe and coastal North County

Your home, watched
while you're away.

Scheduled visits inside and out, a photo report after every one, and a trusted local presence for everything an empty house still needs.

01The service

Weekly eyes on a home you're not living in.

An empty house does not tell anyone when something changes. A slow leak, a freezer that stopped, a gate left open, a sprinkler soaking a wall: small on day one, expensive by week six.

House Hawk visits your home on a schedule you choose, inside and out, from a checklist built for that house. You get a photo-documented report after every visit, and a call the moment something needs a decision.

It is a boutique service by design. One trusted local person who knows your home, not a call center.

02What you receive

A report, with photos, after every visit.

You see what was checked, what was clear, and anything that needs your attention. Nothing is repaired or arranged without your approval.
