What we collect

When you contact us through this website we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, the area of your home, when the home is typically empty, and anything you write in the message field. We use it to respond to your request and to arrange a walkthrough.

If you become a client, we also hold the information needed to look after your home, such as access instructions, vendor contacts and your property checklist, and the visit reports and photos we create. We treat this information as confidential.

We collect standard analytics data about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type, through Google Analytics. This is aggregate information and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide and schedule our services, send visit reports, and contact you about your home. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share property details with a vendor only when you have asked us to coordinate that vendor.

Text messages

If you opt in on our contact form, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointments and service updates, and, only if you separately opt in, occasional promotional messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
