How Home Watch Works
From the first walkthrough to the report in your inbox after every visit.
-
01
Walkthrough
We walk the home with you, inside and out. You point out what matters: the pool, the irrigation, the guest house, the car in the garage, the vendors who come and go.
-
02
Checklist and schedule
Together we agree on a checklist built for that home and a visit schedule. Weekly visits are a common starting point for a house left empty for months.
-
03
Scheduled visits
Each visit is a visual inspection of the interior and exterior, worked from the checklist, with photos taken along the way.
-
04
Report after every visit
You receive a photo-documented report after every visit, showing what was checked and anything that needs your attention.
-
05
You decide what happens next
If something is found you are notified promptly. With your approval, we coordinate the right qualified professional and check that the work appears to be done.
Why the report matters
A visit you can't see is a promise. A report is a record.
The report shows the condition of your home on the day it was visited, when any issue was first noticed, and what was done about it. You keep every one.
Each line on the checklist comes with photos, so you are never asked to take anyone's word for it. If something needs attention, the report says so plainly and you decide what happens next.
A conversation first
Tell us about the home, and when you're away.
We will walk the property with you, build its checklist, and agree on a visit schedule before anything starts.
